PICK YOUR Coaching Business SUPERPOWER.

Every single coach making real money has a coaching business superpower:

  • Marketer Man – He creates so much value before clients ever hire him, people are lining up to enroll.
  • Sales Superwoman – She has the skill (and nerve) to ask, follow up, and close with relentless consistency.
  • Coachmaster – They transform lives so powerfully that clients stick around, refer friends, and keep coming back.

You don’t need to be all three ‘superheros’ to build a profitable coaching business.

You just need to lean HARD into ONE.

For instance, in my practice?

I don’t market.

I don’t sell.

But I coach like a madman.

No funnels.

No pitchfests.

No crying in the corner after a rejection.

Just raw, real, human coaching.

My superhero is Coachmaster.

Result? Over six figures a year. Coaching only 6 days a month

…and riding almost completely on my ‘Coachmaster’ role.

Want to see exactly how I do that?

Watch my enrollment process IN THIS VIDEO:

Fair warning: My process only works if you’re a fellow ‘Coachmaster’.  If your coaching’s weak, you’ll need to pick a different superpower.

Now here’s how these superpowers SCALE…

If you combine decent performance in ALL of these superpowers, you’ll be among the top-earning coaches.

For instance, a client of mine (another coaching business) did $2.3M in revenue last year.

Their Coaching? Honestly, it’s fine. Nothing special.

Their Marketing? Meh. They know their numbers (quant marketers).

But their team is full of RELENTLESS ‘Sales Superwomen’…

They could sell ice to Eskimos.

They handle objections like Muhammad Ali handled Joe Frazier.

They’ll chase you down the street to close a deal.

They don’t play full out in every part of the business…

…yet they still make $2M+ in coaching revenue because of the combination.

See what’s happening here?

You don’t need to be perfect.

You don’t need to master everything.

You just need to pick ONE superpower and go all in.

Smart coaches pick their superpower and ride it to the bank.

So, my question for YOU:

What’s YOUR coaching superpower?

P.S.   If you want to go deeper into building your prosperous practice from the ground up (not just using my weird “no marketing, no sales” approach)…

…check out the “Prosperous Practice BLUEPRINT” training… IN THIS VIDEO HERE:

P.S. You don’t need to be a slick marketer.

You don’t need to hard sell anyone.

You do need ONE strength, dialed in.

Just coach.

sell if you want.

market if you must.

But figure out what you’re good at—and beat it like a drum.

PICK ONE:

Marketing Value: is any value that your clients experience BEFORE they start coaching with you:

  • content (books, videos, podcasts)
  • personal relationship / interactions
  • professional value you offer
  • free workshops
  • lead magnets (other free giveaways / gated content, etc.)

Sales Push: is how aggressively you pursue enrollment:

  • follow up calls
  • asking them to enroll
  • handling objections
  • convincing / negotiating
  • deadlines / urgency
  • scarcity / takeways
  • manipulation / motivation
  • promises / guarantees

…and other ‘sales and influencing tactics’ (basically all that stuff that makes most coaches want to take a shower).

Coaching Value: is how much value you give to the client through actual coaching (including free coaching / Discovery Sessions).

Some coaches mistake content or marketing ‘hype’ for coaching value, so be careful to measure the TRUE COACHING VALUE.  Coaches tend to overestimate their coaching value due to their emotional investment in their method, ideas, journey, etc..
